Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
We only offer exchanges on the same merchandise that you purchased in the case that you want a different size.
We can’t accept an exchange for a different item at this time.
If the item you originally purchased is out of stock and you want to exchange the item for a different product then you agree to receive store credit for the full amount you paid. Not including Shipping. You will receive the store credit once item is returned to our location and inspected.  Return address will be sent to you via email.  Store credit can be used on any item in our store.
At this time we do not accept returns for refunds! No Exceptions! 
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the hang tags attached!
Email us at with your invoice/receipt and correct size you want to get started on your exchange!
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item with the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed & you will be receiving your item within 1-3 business days. If the item is no longer in stock customer agrees to receive store credit to be used on their next purchase!
*Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. If you received the wrong size, color or damaged item we will cover the return shipping cost.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items, items marked final sale, lingerie,swimwear ,jewelry,accessories & mystery boxes cannot be refunded or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We will only replace items on our behalf if they are defective or damaged. If you have a damaged/defective item, please send us an email for further instructions at !
