Our policy lasts 5 business days. If 5 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
We only offer exchanges on the same merchandise that you purchased in the case that you want a different size.
We can’t accept an exchange for a different item at this time.
If the item is out of stock, customer agrees to receiving store credit for the full amount paid. Not including Shipping.
At this time we do not accept returns for refunds! No Exceptions!
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the hang tags attached!
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice/receipt and correct size you want to get started on your exchange!
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item with the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed & you will be receiving your item within 3-5 business days. If the item is no longer in stock customer agrees to receive store credit to be used on their next purchase!
